Job summary

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking an Information Technology Student for a four-month term starting January 2027. This role supports district office and site locations with tier 1 and 2 IT assistance.

You will log IT support calls, deploy hardware, maintain IT work areas, and help document processes while collaborating with Systems and Office Administrators. The team emphasizes growth, development and a supportive environment with opportunities for extension to 8 or 12 months

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office basic hardware support)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations
• Logging IT related support calls
• Deployment of hardware
• Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas
• Creating process documentation
• Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required
