Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Construction Industry.
• 5 years’ experience supervising construction projects.
• Excellent people skills for stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities at the job site in accordance with project schedules, specifications, and procedures.
• Ensure job sites and individuals remain compliant with safety policies; correct unsafe conditions.
• Organize schedule and allocate personnel and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review the project budget with the DORA Project Manager and manage paper flow to the home office.
• Issue field purchase orders, daily reports, and maintain logs and construction documents.
