CapWest is seeking a Junior Coordinator to support Project Director on multifamily construction projects from preconstruction estimates through on-site coordination in Vancouver. You will help coordinate procurement, logistics, and budget tracking while ensuring daily progress against the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Coordination, or related field is an asset.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing site environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with follow-up and task closure.
• Organized, reliable, and able to enforce process without conflict.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations and track progress against the project schedule.
• Assist with procurement, deliveries, and materials management on site.
• Maintain equipment, logs, and inventory; coordinate service calls as required.
