CapWest Group of Companies is seeking a Junior Coordinator to support site operations on multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction to on-site coordination. You will assist with procurement, logistics, and tracking progress against the project schedule in a fast-paced environment.
You hold a post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Construction Coordination, or a related field, and you are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
The Junior Coordinator works closely with the Project Director too ensure the smooth execution of multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction estimates to on-site coordination. Site Operations Support Support with daily coordination, sequencing, and tracking progress against the project schedule. Help coordinate delivery, staging, and movement of materials, equipment, tables, crane sections, crane picks, placements, etc. Assist in identifying, tracking, and communicating deficiencies and outstanding work items.
Equipment Update site and equipment logs, including inspections, deficiencies, and upcoming renewal dates. Support inventory tracking of equipment and accessories across assigned CapWest and Onni sites. Coordinate service calls or equipment swaps with the office/equipment teams as required. Track and submit all equipment-related documentation.
Procurement & Materials Tracking Place orders for materials, tools, consumables, and trucking through the office Purchasing team, and assist with yard supply ordering and inventory. Receive deliveries on site, verify quantities, and send packing slips/photos/documentation to the office and Purchasing desk the same day. Maintain materials logs (rebar, plywood, formwork components, embeds, hardware, etc.) and support yard organization across assigned sites. Assist with entering and tracking purchase orders for review and approval by the Coordinator or Operations team.

Salary Range: $50k - $60k
