A leading homebuilder is seeking a construction site maintenance worker. The role involves general clean-up, deliveries, and compliance with safety procedures. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory.

• Train for trailer operations.

DUTIES:
- General construction site clean up and maintenance - sweep, pick up debris and remove from buildings at various job sites and haul to landfills or on site collection bins
- Meet regularly with site supervisors to discuss work to be completed
- General deliveries
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and own means of transportation
- Train for trailer operations
- Previous construction experience an asset but not required
- Ability to work with others
- Knowledge of construction equipment an asset

SCHEDULE:
8 hour shift, full time
Monday to Friday
