Your contributions include:
  1. Diagnosing and repairing plumbing, heating, and electrical issues of basic to intermediate complexity.
  2. Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, fixtures, and replacing carpet, vinyl, or ceramic tiles.
  3. Painting, drywall patching, mudding, and taping.
  4. Maintaining the building exterior and grounds as needed.
  5. Identifying operational faults, defective materials, and reporting deficiencies.
What you need to be successful:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.
  2. Completion of relevant trade or technical certification, or equivalent experience.
  3. Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.
  4. Experience with computers, smartphones, and tablets for email, work orders, and timesheets.
  5. Availability to work on a rotational on-call basis.
  6. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
