Job summary

Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd is seeking laborers for our Regina, SK construction site. You will help load and unload materials, move tools and equipment, operate basic hand tools, and help keep the site clean and safe while building multi‑family homes.

We value a positive, can‑do attitude, willingness to follow directions, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Wages start from $19.20 to $24 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits program and other company perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related position
• Positive can-do attitude
• Willing and able to follow direction
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Willing and able to work long hours in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials
• Move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas
• Operate hand and power tools
• Clean up rubble and debris on a regular basis to ensure a safe and well maintained construction site
• Move and level earth using shovels and rakes
• Clean, lubricate, and refill tanks as instructed
• Practice work place safety at all time
• Perform other duties as required
