Imperial Metal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects, plan schedules, and manage budgets. The role requires coordinating with drafting, production, and field operations, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

You will own project milestones, drive timely updates, and ensure cost control with proactive risk management. This full-time on-site position offers opportunities for leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with SiteDocs, Tekla Powerfab or Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary customer contact after handoff; build trust and manage expectations.
• Owns the project schedule and milestones; coordinates with drafting, production and field ops.
• Manages day-to-day costs; tracks hours, materials and equipment usage.
• Flags risks or overruns early with context; ensures timely invoicing and cost reviews.
• Ensures all tasks are defined and on track; removes roadblocks affecting timelines.
• Leads coordinators, supports training and growth; holds team accountable.
