Imperial Metal Industries Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Canada. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects while liaising with internal departments. You will lead customer relations, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate with drafting, production, and field operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive project success through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Software.
• Prior knowledge of SiteDocs, Tekla Powerfab, and Bluebeam are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers after handoff from Sales.
• Own project schedule and key milestones; coordinate with Drafting, Production, and Field Ops.
• Manage day-to-day costs within the approved budget and track resources.
• Communicate delays promptly with clear dates and context.
• Remove roadblocks and ensure tasks stay on track.
• Lead coordinators and foster accountability and growth.
