BDN Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead retail and restaurant projects in Toronto, managing budgets up to $10M and coordinating teams for on-time delivery.

You will drive planning through execution with Procore, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong client communications. A PMP credential is preferred and experience with high-profile commercial projects is highly valued.

• 5+ years of project management experience in restaurant and retail construction.
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards.

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage retail and restaurant projects up to $10M. If you're organized, client-focused, and ready to own project delivery from planning to completion -- we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

• Lead retail and restaurant commercial projects from planning to execution
• Oversee subcontractors and maintain financial and schedule controls
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality results
