Ideal candidates hold a degree in Engineering/Construction Management or a related diploma, with 5+ years of progressive PM experience in the construction sector. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering/Construction Management or Civil/Architectural Technology).
• 5+ years of progressive PM experience in construction with increasing scope.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction of assigned projects and responsibility for overall project performance including costs, schedule and quality assurance.
• Negotiate subcontracts and liaise with owners, engineers, and sub-trades as needed.
• Promote CANA’s image of efficiency, quality, technical competence, and fair management of trades and suppliers.
