CANA Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project direction, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance for key Calgary-area projects. You will manage subcontract negotiations and coordinate with owners, engineers, and sub-trades to ensure contract performance and client satisfaction.
As the front-line CANA contact, you will promote efficiency, quality, and fair management of trades while ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 30 years of project experience, in a general contractor role, looking to join an established company where processes and protocols are in place, and the corporate structure allows nimbleness and adaptability.
This position is responsible for providing overall direction of assigned projects and responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule and quality assurance. This position involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, and sub-trades, and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract. You will be the front-line CANA contact with consultants and the Owner and will be responsible for promoting and projecting the CANA image of efficiency, quality, technical competence and fair management of trades and suppliers.
