Responsibilities

• Lead and promote on-site safety and environmental standards.
• Manage project execution from award to closeout per contracts and specs.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules with critical path and milestones.
• Forecast budgets, costs, cash flow and earned value metrics.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, change orders and claims.
• Monitor progress, risks, and cost-to-complete throughout the project.
