Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French required for bilingual client management.
• Proven design-build and pre-construction management experience in buildings construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for guiding project teams and liaising with clients.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Manage on-site construction teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
