Job summary

Allnorth is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from concept to completion. You will drive safety, quality, cost control and schedule while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering.
• Registration as a P.Eng., or eligible for registration, is considered an asset.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience in industrial environments.
• Experience planning projects involving large data sets and data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership skills with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and CAD software is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement Allnorth's values to deliver projects from concept through completion.

• Build and manage multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and project controls.
• Liaise with clients, managers, employees, contractors, and vendors to define project requirements and expectations.
• Manage tendering activities, contract negotiations, and contract administration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Proactively resolve project performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues with clients.
• Travel to client offices and project sites, including extended site assignments when required to support successful project delivery.

A Day in the Life

What You'll Bring to the Team
