Job summary

Allnorth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver industrial construction projects from concept through completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, align with clients, and drive safety, quality, cost control and schedule adherence across domestic and international projects.

You will manage complex programs, build strong client relationships, and mentor team members while fostering collaboration and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience in industrial environments.
• Experience planning projects with large datasets and data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership to build strong client and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and CAD software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development and programs, establishing quality objectives.
• Build and manage multidisciplinary project teams through all lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate with clients, managers, employees, contractors and vendors to define requirements.
• Manage tendering, contract negotiations and administration.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget goals are met.
• Travel to client offices and project sites as needed.
