Job summary

Ansept Construction in Western Canada is hiring Project Managers to lead project delivery across our operating regions. You will own the full lifecycle from pre-construction handoff through closeout, coordinating with site superintendents to ensure profitability, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

We offer a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, multifamily, restoration, and design-build projects with hybrid office/site work.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction handoff through closeout, including scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
Monitor project financials on an ongoing basis, including cost tracking, subcontractor invoice review, change order documentation, and margin reporting to ensure projects remain profitable.
Coordinate with Site Superintendents on project progress, trade sequencing, schedule risks, and recovery planning, ensuring field operations align with project objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to review quality, assess progress against milestones, and verify that change orders and additional work are properly documented and approved prior to execution.
Prepare and maintain weekly project status reports for leadership, providing a clear summary of schedule health, budget position, active risks, and next steps for each assigned project.
