You’ll engage with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to capture real processes and document them for daily use.

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in construction-related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and documentation skills.
• Experience creating procedures, manuals, or process documentation is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, write, and organize detailed operational manuals for construction projects.
• Translate complex workflows into documentation that's actually useful.
• Standardize processes across multiple projects and teams.
• Work directly with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to get it right.
• Assist with project documentation, tracking, and administrative coordination.
• Maintain organized records of procedures, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Help roll out standardized processes across project teams.
• Spot gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies others might miss.
• Recommend and document smarter, more reliable workflows.
• Keep manuals current as projects and the organization evolve.
• Partner closely with operations and project teams to keep documentation grounded in reality.
• Sit in on meetings to capture key processes firsthand.
• Support training and onboarding with documentation people actually want to read.
