Job summary

Lane Partners is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Toronto and support mid-scale construction project planning and delivery. This role offers growth for an early-career construction professional within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The position requires an Engineering/Engineering Technologist/Construction Technology credential and 1–2 years of construction experience, with proficiency in reading drawings and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Technology diploma/degree or post-grad certificate is required.
• 1–2 years of construction experience; exposure to mid-scale projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and site teams with day-to-day coordination of mid-scale construction projects.
• Track project schedules and documentation to support on-time delivery.
• Help prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely communication and information flow.
• Support the review and organization of construction drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Assist with procurement tracking and material/equipment scheduling.
• Participate in site visits and progress meetings as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation systems.
