Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer service and support project administration for Directors.
• Lead project processes and coordinate with national equipment vendors.
• Pre-order long lead time equipment in coordination with the PM.
• Assist in site/layout design, permits, testing, tendering, scheduling, and construction admin.
• Generate contracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Development to optimize layouts.
• Support PM in tracking deficiencies and completing related work.
• Maintain meticulous records and filing of project documents.
