This entry-level position emphasizes learning construction PM fundamentals, coordinating timelines, budgets, and document control while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with multitasking capacity.
• Experience or familiarity with project management processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and within budget.
• Track timelines, milestones, and requirements using established methods.
• Coordinate project life cycle from planning to completion.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Track documentation: contracts, change orders, POs, and schedules.
• Support procurement and ensure timely deliveries aligned with timelines.
• Monitor progress and report updates to Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Assist budgeting and cost control, tracking expenses accordingly.
• Review shop drawings and enter into Procore.
