MKA Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of estimators on diverse construction projects in our Ontario offices. The role requires strong cost management skills, site coordination, and client interface to deliver comprehensive consulting services.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site visits, and manage project finances, reports, and schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team of estimators and managers on ranging projects.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs, and cost plans.
• Proven track record in cost management and claim resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage people, project finances and reports.
• Understand construction plans, specs, codes and standards.
• Be knowledgeable about market conditions affecting construction costs.
• Perform detail analysis and reconciliation of estimates and audits of project costs.
