Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Ability to independently run and manage a construction site.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Experience managing billing processes and enforcing forecasts.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and understanding project scope.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Mentor and manage a small site team.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Track progress and enforce forecasts per project scope.
• Manage and approve billings with accurate financial tracking.
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain site docs and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety rules.
