Job summary

MKA Canada Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for full-time work in our Winnipeg office. You will manage construction consulting assignments, lead multidisciplinary teams, conduct site visits, and interface with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in construction quantity surveying, estimating and cost management, preferably with site experience. The role offers home-work flexibility and a competitive salary and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• A recognized technical qualification in construction management or engineering.
• MRICS, PQS, PMP, CIQS or similar professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing people, project finances and reports.
• Understand construction design and layout plans, specifications, codes and standards.
• Know market conditions affecting cost, labour/material supply and regional variations.
• Analyze and reconcile estimates and audit project costs.
