Job summary

Bird Infrastructure Ltd. in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support ongoing projects across Nova Scotia.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires knowledge of the construction industry and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Outlook. Core duties include overseeing tool crib, warehouse and site deliveries, coordinating staff and trucks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are well‑maintained.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry is an asset.
• Proficient with general tools, machinery and equipment.
• Comfortable using computers and common software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HRM for driver scheduling is an asset.
• Class 5 Driver's license; clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tool crib, warehouse and job site deliveries.
• Coordinate staff, trucks and equipment for projects.
• Maintain inventory records and asset tracking with Ontario team.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and shipping lists.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are cleaned and maintained to Bird standards.
• Support project management and field teams as needed.
