This role involves the conceptualization, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, rural roads, and bridges. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and longevity of these critical structures, working within a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop road alignments, pavement structures, and intersection layouts according to geometric design standards.
• Perform structural analysis and design for bridges and other transportation structures.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents for road and bridge projects.
• Conduct site investigations, traffic studies, and material testing to inform design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant South African National Standards (SANS) and industry best practices.
