Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.

• In-depth knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of construction contracts.
• Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and manage a variety of construction contracts, including subcontracts, supply agreements, and consultancy agreements.
• Ensure all contracts are legally sound, compliant with relevant legislation, and align with company policies.
