EllisDon is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the design, construction, and warranty handover of complex projects. You will guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions to meet design, budget, and schedule goals on assigned projects.

You will develop comprehensive construction plans, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and uphold safety, environmental, and client policies. A senior leader will drive area initiatives and best practices aligned with EllisDon’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects.
• Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance or eligibility.

You as a Construction Manager will:

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects.
• Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, company policies and procedures, union jurisdictions, and labour agreements/negotiations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.

The salary range for this job is $133,100.00 - $166, 400.00 CAD.
