Associates work directly with experienced partners and clients on a broad range of matters, including liens, delays, procurement, and large projects.

• Construction law experience is an asset but is not essential for candidates with strong litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with experienced partners and clients on a broad range of matters in construction and infrastructure.
• Handle construction liens and trust claims.
• Assist with delay, schedule, and performance disputes.
• Address procurement and tendering issues.
• Assist with professional liability and negligence claims.
• Participate in adjudications, arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Contribute to large infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and residential projects.

The Opportunity

Associates in our group work directly with experienced partners and clients on a broad range of matters, including:

• Construction liens and trust claims
• Delay, schedule, and performance disputes
• Procurement and tendering issues
• Professional liability and negligence claims
• Adjudications, arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Large infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and residential projects

Compensation Range: $180,000 - $275,000 annually. Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
