Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in a reputable law firm.
• Experience in construction litigation and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced practitioners on construction and infrastructure disputes.
• Handle complex contractual claims, delay and disruption matters, lien proceedings.
• Develop advocacy and client-management skills on sophisticated files.
• Contribute to case strategy and document drafting.
