Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Territory Manager for the Medicine Hat/Brooks area to grow sales and rental revenue for New and Used Wholegoods in Construction and Forestry. You will develop new accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive ongoing prospecting and pipeline development.

The role requires a customer-driven approach, knowledge of heavy equipment, and the ability to travel as needed. Brandt emphasizes competitive compensation, ongoing learning, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong knowledge of heavy equipment and customer interactions.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new accounts within the defined Territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and grow revenue for New and Used Wholegoods (construction/forestry).
• Develop a comprehensive Sales Pipeline for immediate and future opportunities.
• Promote and sell New & Used Wholegoods and rental options.
• Understand and apply product feature, advantage, and benefit statements to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and quotations.
• Submit weekly lost sales reports to management.
