Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Lethbridge is seeking a Territory Manager - Material Handling to grow customer relationships and increase sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods. You will identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and partner with Brandt teams to serve customers across the defined AOR.

Your role requires strong relationship-building, the ability to meet targets, and knowledge of construction equipment. Travel is involved and bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities required.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships and accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to travel; valid driver's license and passport are required.
• Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new accounts; expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Hit sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Promote New & Used Wholegoods and rental options.
• Keep product knowledge current and participate in industry events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Submit lost sales reports weekly to the manager.
