Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Sudbury, ON is seeking an Accounts Manager to build and grow relationships with customers in the construction equipment sector. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Sales Team and offers a base salary of $65,000-$70,000 plus a competitive commission plan.

You will manage an assigned portfolio, visit job sites, quote rentals, and collaborate with branches to ensure customer success. A self-starter attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a related role with construction equipment knowledge.
• Customer-focused, strong communication and relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and field reporting.
• Construction equipment product knowledge is an asset.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Team player capable of working with branches.
• Self-starter with time-management and planning skills.
• G Class license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the face of the branch.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Visit customer sites and offices to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Develop internal relationships with branches to support customer success.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Secure orders, convey requirements to branches, and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver equipment as needed and quote rental terms.
• Support after-hours events and on-call requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and promote environmentally sound practices.
