Job summary

RPMGlobal seeks a Coordinator, Construction Services to manage medium-complexity contracts during construction, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards. You will engage daily with contractors, consultants and Client-Partners on scope, changes and progress reviews.

You will monitor schedules, maintain site records, coordinate with site teams and other service lines, and address contract risks within delegated authority while supporting business development and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum: college diploma in engineering, applied science or related field with four years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: certification in applicable field (e.g. Certified Engineering Technologist)

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality specifications
• Coordinate and solve day-to-day contract problems
• Monitor and control project schedules
• Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on contract issues and changes
• Maintain site activity records (photos, reports)
• Collaborate with other service lines and site teams
• Develop and maintain relationships within DCC and with Client Partners
• Ensure quality standards meet expectations and manage risks
• Support or lead business development activities
