Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Coordinator, Construction Services to manage low-complexity construction contracts and professional services, ensuring compliance with requirements. You may support under a contract coordinator on higher-complexity contracts and engage with contractors and Client-Partners on issues such as quality, scope changes, and progress reviews.

You will address contract risks within delegated authority and contribute to service line requirements, with duties spanning development of

Qualifications

• Minimum: college diploma in engineering, applied science or related field with approximately two years’ relevant experience.
• Ability to use applicable computer software and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate and solve day-to-day contractual problems.
• Monitor and control schedules.
• Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on contract-related problems and risks.
• Maintain site activity records and assess and issue contract change orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships within DCC, Client-Partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met per expectations.
• Ensure health and safety, environmental compliance.
