Zusammenfassung

Gold Fields Windfall is seeking an HR Advisor to support staffing, labor relations, and HR processes at the Windfall site in northern Quebec. The role requires a 14-14 rotation schedule with transportation, lodging, and meals provided.

You will work closely with site leadership to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and laws. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or IR, at least three years of advisory experience, and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an advisory role.
• Experience in the mining operations or exploration field is an asset.
• Experience working with First Nations is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English required; will be working with English-speaking employees.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Reporting to the Superintendent ofHuman Resources, the HR Advisor will serve as a human resources generalist. Heor she will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of various HRprocesses (staffing, labor relations, etc.) as well as providing HR support tostaff. Based at the Windfall site, located in the Northern Quebec region, he orshe will be required to work a 14-14 schedule. Transportation, lodging, andmeals provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
