Job summary

COGIR Real Estate seeks a resident concierge for a building in Ville Saint-Laurent. You will manage daily upkeep, show apartments, collect rents, and perform minor repairs to keep common areas pristine and tenants satisfied.

The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, autonomous, and able to adapt to changing priorities while providing empathetic service to residents.

Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a resident concierge for a building located in Ville Saint-Laurent. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clean entryways and common areas
• Keep the work environment clean
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Maintain the garden
• Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants
• Wash windows at main and secondary entrances
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Be available to respond to emergencies
