Your future duties and responsibilities

You will help people and make a difference. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company and you will be their trusted advisor. On a typical day, you will:

  • Respond to and guide clients on the use of scheduling and time and attendance management modules;
  • Analyze and validate client needs and ensure necessary follow-up;
  • Propose optimal solutions adapted to the business context;
  • Perform tests to ensure quality and follow current ISO process;
  • Ensure the dates agreed to with clients are met;
  • Work with their colleges to share work and knowledge;
  • Develop a relationship of trust with the client;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, portal access, documentation, follow-up, etc.;
  • Work closely with other sectors.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration or any other combination of relevant or equivalent education and experience;
  • A minimum of 3 years of time management experience;
  • Experience in needs analysis;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Team spirit and planning skills;
  • Good management of priorities and time;
  • Teamwork and communication skills;
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools
  • National Payroll Institute (NPI) certification (an asset);
  • Customer service experience (an asset);
  • Excellent verbal and written English and French (essential)
