  • Monitor system performance throughout operational hours and ensure equipment remains functional and secure.
  • Perform daily shutdown of equipment, including proper power‑down procedures and secure storage of devices.
  • Conduct teardown, inventory management, and return of IT equipment at the end of the assignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware (laptops, routers, authentication devices) and credentials before, during, and after deployment.

  • Familiarity with user authentication tools (e.g., Yubikeys, multi‑factor authentication).
  • Ability to manage multiple user accounts and support login/access processes.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including wireless connectivity and router setup.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills for equipment tracking, setup, and teardown.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supporting end users.
  • Ability to work independently, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.
