Responsibilities

• Promote customer-centric values and deliver an exceptional claims experience.
• Interpret policy wording, determine coverage, and establish reserves on assigned claims.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle homeowner and condominium property claims of moderate to high complexity.
• Collaborate with condominium corporations, property managers, restoration vendors, and legal representatives to resolve claims.
