Job summary

ZSA Canada is seeking lawyers to join its growing condominium-law practice. The successful candidate will be proactive, curious and collaborative, with strong communication, problem-solving and client-management skills.

You will draft and negotiate legal documents, advise condominium clients strategically, oversee corporate meetings, work with engineers and auditors, and represent matters before tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice and the Condominium Authority Tribunal.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, curious and collaborative lawyer with strong communication, problem-solving and client-management skills. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating legal documents, advising condominium clients strategically, overseeing corporate meetings, working with professionals such as engineers and auditors, and carriage of matters before forums including the Superior Court of Justice, Condominium Authority Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal and other dispute-resolution bodies.
