Job summary

Sienna Senior Living at Aspira Quinte Gardens Retirement Living in Belleville is seeking a Concierge (Casual). You will greet residents and visitors, provide personalized assistance, and support the retirement team in a fast-paced, caring environment.

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and staff while handling basic clerical tasks and tours. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint helps with administrative duties and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Criminal Records Check (BC applicants).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What You Need To Know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
