Job summary

Workland in Rosemere, QC is seeking a caretaker responsible for maintenance and upkeep of an educational institution or building. The role includes organizing and coordinating such work and supervising it when carried out by others.

The position requires three years of relevant experience and knowledge of heating, ventilation, lighting and alarm systems, plus a basic grasp of main building trades.

Qualifications

• Have three (3) years of pertinent experience.
• Practical skills: Have a general knowledge of the operation of the heating, ventilation, lighting and alarm systems that a caretaker oversees.
• Have a basic knowledge of the main building trades.

• Carry out maintenance work and preventive and physical upkeep of an educational institution or building.
• Organize and coordinate such work and oversee it when it is carried out with or by other employees.

Job description

Location: 501 rue Northcote, Rosemere, QC, J7A 1Y1, Canada

Contract: Full time 38h75

Salary: $25,89per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Nature of the Work
