Aspira Bolton Mills Retirement is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors. You will deliver personalized assistance, build rapport, and help create a warm, supportive environment where every person feels valued and cared for.

You will collaborate with a caring team to maintain accurate records, assist with administrative tasks, and support daily operations, ensuring a smooth, respectful experience for residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What You Need To Know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
