Job summary

Aspira Island View Retirement Living in Arnprior, ON is seeking a Concierge to support residents and families with personalized assistance and warm hospitality. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and guiding visitors through campus tours.

You’ll handle inquiries, maintain records, and assist management with clerical tasks in a fast-paced retirement living environment. This role emphasizes compassion, dignity, and daily living support for residents.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.
• Able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• All applicants must pass Criminal Records Check (BC applicants).
• Experience in hospitality/concierge is a plus.

Rate of Pay: $18.02-$18.75

Availability for September 1 to September 30

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
On-Call basis after September, lots of availability after most likely as well.
Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
