Job summary

Aspira Quinte Gardens Retirement Living, operated by Sienna Senior Living, seeks a part-time Concierge. Rate of pay is CAD 18.99 per hour. Schedule: Sunday through Saturday with Day 8am–4pm and Evening 4pm–8pm shifts.

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families and staff.
  • Professional communication and attentive, diplomatic interactions.
  • Accurate record-keeping and cash-related documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, understand resident needs and provide personalized assistance.
  • Support residents, families and team with tours and daily inquiries.
  • Maintain records with attention to detail and assist managers as needed.
  • Deliver consistent, compassionate service while respecting privacy.

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
  • You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
