Progression3 is seeking a computer and printer technician based in the Ottawa area.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
• Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groups.
• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed.

Basic Tasks :

• Perform high-end printer and multi-function laser component repairs.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting.

Certifications (Required) :

• CompTIA A+

Certifications (Nice to Have) :

• IBM, HP, Dell server certifications
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Server+
