Your daily work will include:Learning and performing laminating and vacuum-bagging of carbon fiber and other composite materialsTrain in working with autoclaves and ovens to cure advanced thermoset systemsGet hands on experience in the building and assembly of composite components, substructures, skins, and honeycomb coresCutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specificationsGain knowledge in how to Interpret blueprints, drawings, and ply schedules with guidance as neededGrow your abilities in helping create master molds and patternsMaintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detailCollaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectationsKeeping your work area safe, clean, and organizedParticipating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processesWhat We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset:Skills & AbilitiesComfortable use of tools: sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools.Willingness to learn how to read drawings and follow detailed instructionsMotivated in problem-solving and hands-on skillsUnderstanding of composite materials, resins, and ratios (or willingness to learn!)Basic computer knowledgePersonal QualitiesMotivated and eager to learn new techniquesEnjoy working with a group.Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focusedPassionate about building cool things — especially motorsport-related componentsWhat You’ll Learn HereWe invest in your growth.
