Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies is seeking a hands-on Composites Technician to learn and contribute to building advanced composite components used in motorsports and automotive programs.

From day one, you’ll work hands-on with laminating, vacuum-bagging, and curing processes, growing skills in autoclaves, molds, and high-precision assembly, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in laminating and vacuum-bagging carbon fiber.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and ply schedules with guidance.
• Willingness to learn autoclave and curing processes.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Learn laminating and vacuum-bagging of carbon fiber and other composites.
• Operate autoclaves and ovens to cure thermoset systems.
• Assemble composite components, skins, and honeycomb cores.
• Cut, trim, bond, and finish parts to precise specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and ply schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; support continuous improvement.
