Job summary

Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on Composite Technician to learn laminating, carbon fiber layups, and autoclave curing. You will actively build and assemble composite components, interpret manuals, and contribute to high-precision work on motorsport programs.

You will gain experience with autoclaves, layup processes, and quality-driven practices while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and collaborating with supervisors and QA to meet

Qualifications

• In-house training provided; hands-on role from day one.
• Willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives.
• Ability to read and follow composite manuals.

Responsibilities

• Laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composites for autoclave curing.
• Operate autoclaves and ovens to cure materials.
• Build and assemble composite components and substructures.
• Cut, trim, bond, and finish parts to precise specs.
• Interpret lamination and assembly manuals; support master mold creation.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work area; participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen, ISO).
