Multimatic Motorsports is seeking a skilled Autobody Paint Technician to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation of carbon fibre and fiberglass bodywork and the application of world‑class primer and paint finishes on cutting‑edge vehicles.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced autobody professionals who are passionate about automobiles and take pride in precision craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare carbon fibre and fiberglass composite components for primer and paint applications
• Apply coatings using a variety of spray techniques and methods
• Perform detailed spot repairs using airbrush and spray gun techniques
• Mix, spray, and verify coatings to achieve precise colour matches
• Execute two- and three-tone graphics across multiple panels
• Mask and protect areas as required to ensure high-quality finishes
• Inspect components throughout all stages of processing to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions, mix ratios, and quality control procedures
• Maintain spray booths, shop tools, and equipment in optimal working condition
• Use advanced body repair materials and techniques specific to composite components
• Work safely and maintain an organized workspace in compliance with all safety procedures
